Monty's Foundation has established an equipment loan system.
Equipment Resources
The intermittent, temporary care of eligible children and their families. Rural and remote families will be able to stay at Monty's respite hospice together or children can receive respite on their own with our team of professionals.
Respite Care
Monty's Respite Hospice aims to provide a comfortable, supportive environment with trained staff as an alternative to the home or hospital. The plan is to accept admissions 24-hours a day.
The foundation plans to build accommodation for family members to stay with their child at this stage in an adjoining suite.
End of Life Care
Welcome to Monty's Foundation
Monty's Foundation {hospice}will become a place where children with life limiting illnesses and their families can stay to receive rest and medical care in a home-like environment.
Care at Monty's hospice will include: symptom and / pain management making the most of the time a child and family have together, empowering and supporting the children's families in decision making processes, ensuring the child and family are linked into the services and resources they need, including counselling and bereavement support.
